I think the third gym's levels can go as high as 24 in traditional game sense if we are using canon gym leaders as examples. I'd say more of a 20, 21, 24 setup for the gym leader and add a level or two for the others. Also I wouldn't be afraid to add extra moves to the singers mission like Round or Echoed Voice to make them more musical.

I'd still really like to see a chatot in the sidequest somewhere. Over chansey is probably the best place for it. That or plusomb, since even though it does get sing as an egg move it's still waaay out there for this theme, but maybe people prefer the type coverage it adds, idk.

Yes it should. Despite Wigglytuff's ridiculously high HP levels, it still sucks in terms of doing any real damage. Even at that stage.

24-25 seems great for a third Gym Leader ace.

Revamped the levels and such. Could it be possible to teach the elemental song moves to the Fire/Water/Grass aces? Or would that be too much or they can't learn the moves?

Note: You must complete the route requirements before attempting this quest.

As you approach the Pokémon Center at the mouth of Mt. Moon, you spy an elderly gentleman standing outside, looking flushed and flustered. When you ask him what's wrong, he says that a group of hooligans stole some of his Pokémon-- rare ones, only just acquired, and he believes could prove quite valuable, hence the interest the riffraff took to them. He points in the direction of a rocky path leading a little ways up the mountain and says they ran that way, but he's too old to go chasing after a group of spry youngsters these days. If you can help him get his Pokémon back, he might just be able to spare one as a reward...

Go through 2-3 action updates to reach the end of the path and prepare yourself for a battle against a Youngster who isn't willing to give up his prize...

Youngster Milton would like to battle!

    Power Plant Sidequest:
    The Power Plant Predicament!

Note: Route requirements must be completed before this sidequest can be attempted.

Kanto's Power Plant lies just beyond Route 9, and used to be completely abandoned. Rumor has it that it was the roosting place of a Legendary Pokémon of Thunder...

Of course, now it's up and running again, fueling thousands of homes in Kanto. Unfortunately, the Power Plant is now experiencing some odd errors. The technicians are baffled as to what could be causing it, as the entrances to the electrical circuits are too small for any Pokémon to enter. They're looking for any help possible to smoke out the culprit.

Explore the Power Plant's basement with 4-5 Action Updates. Once you get to the deeper part of the Power Plant, you'll find a tiny opening in a wall. Look inside, and you'll find your suspects.

    [15] :joltik: 54/54 [Compoundeyes/Unnerve]
    [15] :cumos: 54/54 [Plus/Light Metal]
    [15] :dedenne: 59/59 [Cheek Pouch/Pickup]
    (Gender of Joltik/Dedenne is randomized)

You have to choose only one of the Pokémon to fight, because the other two will run away. Capture or defeat it to restore the Power Plant back to perfect condition. Just how did those foreign Pokémon get here, anyways?

    Forgotten Voices
Mr. Fuji is dead. He's old and he passed away a few months back, to a rather tearful ceremony held in the House of Memories. However, not long after his passing, the Radio Tower began experiencing strange phenomena. Various areas across Kanto would spontaneously become 'dead zones' for a few minutes before returning to normal, but some people -- usually those turned to a specific frequency -- would instead report bursts of screaming static, or ethereal music, or voices speaking in tongues they can't understand. These incidents were rare at first, but over the last few months have become increasingly common.

There's no fault in the equipment, but the tower personnel believe that there may be hauntings afoot, and are ready to hire a spirit medium to help them exorcize the ghosts that may have taken up residence in the building-- forcibly, if necessary.

You can choose to assist the tower by helping to guide the medium and protect them while they perform the rite (a series of action updates (3-5) to reach the location, followed by a wave of attacks by various ghosts culminating into a boss fight against a Gengar. The Pokémon involves in these attacks may be from any region, but they are true ghosts and therefore uncatchable). Defeating the final ghost will have bought the medium enough time to complete the rite, expelling the ghosts from the tower. A strange side-effect of doing this, however, renders the House of Memories unvisitable; the doors have been locked, the windows barred, and a strange chill breathes from beneath the door.

But, if you decide not to do this, you may instead go to the House of Memories to pay your respects. Mr. Fuji is said to have been entombed here, but his grave can't be found on the ground floor. Instead, through a little investigation, you find a passage into the deeper catacombs of the House of Memories, and a voice calls to you from below. Follow the voice and pass through the catacomb's maze (3-5 action updates total), and you'll emerge in a hidden chamber housing the lonesome grave of Mr. Fuji. With Mr. Fuji standing nearby.

Mr. Fuji, himself a spirit, says that the souls of the dislocated Pokémon have never found peace, and beseeches you to help them before they turn violent against the personnel in the Radio Tower. The main idea the ghosts suggest is to help them in freaking out the Radio Tower personnel and 'persuading' them to return the Tower to its rightful owners. Over the course of time (5-8 action updates), either assist the ghost in their plans to evict the personnel, or persuade them that maybe they can find peace without having to destroy a center of communication. If successful, the ghosts will finally find peace, and Mr. Fuji's spirit will also be allowed to move on. If not... well, you can still try that spirit medium, I guess.

There seems to be a Snorlax blocking the path to Route 16! You'll have to get it to wake up and move before you can move onto the next route. However, you don't have anything like a Poke Flute so you'll have to spend about 3-5 action updates to try and wake it up. But be warned, because once it wakes up it will challenge you!

After walking around the caves for a bit you find yourself in a room that seems like it was man-made. There are many red, orange, and yellow tiles across the floor and you notice some worn down statues near the entrance. You notice a younger looking man walking around, slowing observing the area. It takes a bit before he notices you.

"Oh, I didn't see you there. The name is Blake. My grandfather used to run this Gym. Yeah, this is a gym. It was created after the Cinnabar volcano erupted and was used until the city was rebuilt. But now...well, my grandfather isn't able to be a gym leader anymore and he entrusted his team to me. You're a trainer right? How about we battle. Maybe I'll feel something that I've been searching for awhile..."

    Blake's Team:

    [38] :male: :growlithe: 125/125 [Intimidate]

[39] :male: :rapidash: 136/136 [Flash Fire]

    [40] :male: :arcanine: 159/159 [Intimidate]

[42] :male: :magmortar: 154/154 [Flame Body]

After you beat him he smiles. "Thanks, I've been feeling guilt for not taking over the gym and leaving it behind...but maybe it isn't my path. Maybe I'm meant to journey with these Pokemon and become the strongest Fire Type trainer somewhere else. Here, take this. My grandfather gave these out to people who beat him.
