A flash of light scattered wild Pikachu as Indigo and his Espeon teleported onto a small island. There was a whistling sound as something large, clawed, and fearsome dropped out of the sky, instantly killing a group of hated Pikachu unlucky enough to be in the way. Indigo, or perhaps it should be Inevitable, looked up at the monster he'd created.  Inevitable: "Metabliss..." It stared back emotionlessly with its dangerous red eyes. Inevitable: "I've called you to me to inform you of a terrible revelation. My Team Mind oracles have discerned some terrible force emerging. And I do not speak of that pathetic excuse for an apocalypse, Solipsus. No, something far worse comes this way. I fear it involves Zombie Arceus." This name elicited a small response from the most powerful Pokémon in existence. No other foe it had obliterated ever came back. Inevitable: "All we know is a name... Galza. Increase your vigilence, I have already called for reinforcement from Team Pink to set up watch. I shall continue on in hope I can find and destroy this Zombie Arceus. Now return to your duty". With that, the great bulk of Metabliss lifted into the air and whooshed off. The closest interpretation of its incomprehensable alien thoughts suggested it cared not about this "Galza". Nothing could ever stop it. Inevitable, once more in the guise of Indigo, stepped over the gruesome remains of the damned Pikachu and set about traversing this route... Raichu tried an explosion of electricity, which failed to hit anything as Espeon dove underground. Raichu waited, tense, the fur on his back on end, until he saw something beginning to break through the ground-- about a foot to his right. Espeon erupted from the ground, unfortunately missing his target, and was struck with a Thunderbolt. [23] 48/84 [-1 Acc][22] 79/79

Not so much tearing, but it was pretty effective. Espeon emerged from the ground in a shower of dirt and rock and crashed into Raichu. Raichu stumbled back, but caught himself and unleashed another powerful Thunderbolt. [23] 21/84 [-1 Acc][22] 40/79
