Keepin' Up With the Projects So, we have quite a few big projects going on right now, and I thought it might not be a bad idea to run through them briefly before we start up the next dozen or so. Free Stadium Project: Self-dubbed as our 'boldest-undertaking yet' this project was created with the intention of creating the greatest Pokémon Text RPG battling environment ever seen. From normal battles to competitive-style showdowns to even using your own fakemon, the Stadium plans to contain just about everything imaginable in a Pokémon text RPG. The project is also a 'community project' meaning that, since the project is for you, the members, to use, every aspect of the project is built and decided upon by you, the members. So, if you have any interest in battling at all, you'll certainly find somewhere to help with the Stadium! Orange Islands Advertising Project: What good does an awesome forum do if nobody knows it exists? Compared to the Stadium, this project is pretty simple; to spread the word, we want plenty of graphics and whatnot for people to use on those various other forums they go to (although this is the only forum a lot of you go to, which we certainly don't mind). If you have a reasonable level of art skills or tutorial-following ability, then you'll probably be able to help. If you want to see what graphics we already have to offer, then you're welcome to see the page here. General Renovations: For a while now, we've been looking to make some adjustments to the community section of the board. Move stuff around to eliminate underused forums and to encourage more discussion, and rename the forums so they're not all completely generically named. Up until now, we've only gotten a few suggestions, and those were pretty empty. If you want to help out with this one, we'd be glad to have anyone's input, and you can post your suggestion(s) in this topic. All three of these projects can use any and all help that can be offered. The activity in all three, as with the site, is down, most likely due to almost the entire site having exams at this time of year, but with those finishing in the next two weeks, things should be picking up quite a bit! Taking the Free Out of Promo In light of recent events, mostly involving people actaully making progress in the RPG, we've found the need to rejigger our promo system. Rather than bore you with all the technical aspects of said rejiggering, with our team of top Promo Scientists and the accidental nuclear explosion when we tried to adjust the levels, we'll just get right to the point. So, from now on, all promos will come at level 5, regardless of where you are or how high your team levels are. This really shouldn't affect most of you, and we apologize to the few of you that it does (*cough*Ace*cough*), but it was necessary. After all, giving you pre-trained Pokémon is like taking the pain out of Pokemon training! *rimshot* Soaring in From Above, It's!– For this week's graphic exposé, we go again to Phoenixsong, who's artistic skills are about to make all the shadow_rukarios among us gape in shock. BEHOLD!  Wait, hold on... ok, let's try that again. BEHOLD!  Horizons Abound Just to give a bit of a site forecast, June looks to be quite the interesting month. Exams should be coming and going for the majority of us, so we're expecting quite a large activity boost around the middle of the month. Outside of that, we also have quite a new 'features' planned for this month. I can't go into them anymore right now–that would spoil the surprise!–but they're the types of things that everyone can enjoy. So until then, keep your eyes open! Well, I guess it might do more good to keep your ears open, but still. If you can see this new feature now, then we're doing something wrong. Endgame It's not nearly as much as last week, but it's all we've got for now. We out. And those zombies? Keep watching. -Trainer X -NOT A Zombie Weather Report - 6/7-6/12 Orange Islands -  Cloudy, warm, and humid for the better part of the week, with isolated thunderstorms giving way to region-wide storms towards the end of the week.Kanto -  Cool and wet, with the rain letting up towards the end of the week.Johto - Dry and mild for the most part, with sparse rainshowers across the region's eastern border, near Kanto.Hoenn - Hot and sunny, showing signs of summer. High winds are expected later in the week as the front from the Orange Islands pushes towards the region, but the weather should stay nice until the end of the week.Sinnoh - Cold and windy for the most part, with sparse clouds. The southernmost parts of the region should begin to warm up later in the week as the warm front from Kano pushes northwards.Zeralis - The rain from last week pushes off the island during the next few days, giving way to cooler temperatures and sunshine for the remainder of the week.Swarms Kyte are swarming in Route 202! Qwilfish are swarming in Route 32! |

There isn't currently any promo going on, Dusk, so there aren't any Pokémon involved. They just changed the rules about how you get Pokémon from any promos in the future. The Castform you're talking about isn't a new form or anything; it's just supposed to be a cute picture of a Castform being blown away by wind to indicate that the weather in that region is very windy. It's just next to Sinnoh because Sinnoh is the region that's having that specific weather as of now. |

Lol, epicness. I laughed, i cried and i... gaped in shock like the shadow_rukario we all have inside us. However, my promo senses are tingling, and this new little adjustment is sure to make it fairer and possibly even hinder Ace a bit
