  1. Nuvema Town

    A small forested town at the south-eastern-most point in the Unova Region, it is the place where all trainers begin their journey in the Unova League. A Pokemon Lab run by the young professor Juniper is located here.

  2. Route 1

    A short route between Nuvema Town and Accumula Town to the north, this route is inhabited almost exclusively by young Pokemon. A river to the west leads to Route 17, should you have a Pokemon that can traverse open waters.

  3. Accumula Town

    "The Fast-Growing Town," as a sign at its entrance says, Accumula Town is a small quiet town just to the south of Striaton City. New trainers just about always make a pit stop here, and thus it does tend to feel a bit busier than it looks.

  4. Route 2

    A short wooded route that goes north from Accumula to Striaton City, Route 2 makes for easy traveling. There are few things to draw the eye on this route, keeping it quiet at all hours of the day.

  5. Striaton City

    A small city that is home to the Unova Trainer's Schoool and to the first Pokemon Gym in the Unova League, Striaton is always full of life. The city is also home to the illustrious Dr. Fennel, a scientist researching the dreams of Pokemon.

  6. Route 3

    A lush route that winds westward around a small lake to link Striaton City to Nacrene City, many species of Pokemon make their homes here. Route 3 is also home to a daycare center where many small children spend their time.

  7. Nacrene City

    A city made up of re-purposed storehouses, Nacrene City is home to the greatest artistic minds Unova has to offer. Aside from that, Nacrene houses the Unovan Archeological Museum - inside of which is the second Pokemon Gym in the Unova League.

    A dense, maze-like forest that lies between Nacrene City and the Sky Arrow Bridge to Castelia City, it is said that if one strays off the path, they could become lost forever.

  9. Aspertia City

    Aspertia City serves as the second starting point for the Unova League. The Aspertia Outlook in the northern side of the city offers a fantastic view of the Unova region, spreading out to the north.

    Route 19 is a short road that connects Aspertia City and Floccesy Town. It's located at the base of a mountain, so the north side of the route is lined with cliffs.

  11. Floccesy Town

    Floccesy Town is famous for the clock town that tells of the town's beginnings. It is also home to Alder. To the north, you'll find Pledge Grove, home of the mythical Pokemon Keldeo.

    Floccesy Ranch came about naturally as Pokemon and people gathered in the area. The ranch is owned and operated by a husband and wife. A rich forest is located directly above Floccesy Ranch's northern boundaries.

  13. Route 20

    Route 20 is a road that connects Flocessy Town and Virbank City. A river runs from the south all the way to Flocessy Ranch in the north. In autumn, fallen leaves cover the ground, changing the scene dramatically.

  14. Virbank City

    Virbank City is an industrial town with a massive crane near the water. The Virbank City Gym is very unique in that it also doubles as a concert venue. You can also board a ship to Castelia City from the docks. You will also find Virbank Complex to the south of the town.

  15. Castelia City

    Castelia City is filled with skyscrapers. It's the biggest city in the Unova region. It boast the elegant cruise ship, The Royal Unova, and ships to Virbank City and Liberty Garden leave from the port. Castelia City has also recently opened up an international ferry.

    Route 4 used to be buried under sand. Thanks to the progress of technology, it's now lined with buildings. There are two exits to the north: the eastern exit leads to Nimbasa City, and the western exit continues to the Desert Resort.

    Heading west from Nimbasa is a road with some trainers and a path of grass to the north. Further on is the pride of Driftveil City, also called Charizard Bridge for its beauty and elegance.

    A port town distributing many goods, and a gateway to the Unova region, Driftveil City has expanded from a freighting town to a regional hub that also hosts the Pokémon World Tournament!

  21. Route 6

    Route 6 is a road surrounded by rich nature with green trees. At the Season Research Lab, research is being conducted on Deerling, which changes its form depending on the season. The north side leads to Chargestone Cave.

  22. Chargestone Cave

    Chargestone cave connects Mistralton City with Route 6. It houses electrically charged stones that block many of the pathways through the cave.

    Located between three mountain regions, Mistralton soared into notability due to the freight traffic that its airport generated. Mistralton's Gym Leader, Skyla, often pilots planes delivering cargo all over Unova.

    The route north from Mistralton, Route 7 is covered in balance beams that can be used to cross the long grasses. At the northern tip lies Celestial Tower, and to the northeast lies Twist Mountain.

  25. Twist Mountain

    A cavernous mountain to the northeast of Mistralton City, Twist Mountain's concave circular shape causes it to become filled with snow in the winter. During each other season it is an active work site, rich in a variety of valuable stones and minerals.

    Upon leaving Tubeline Bridge, Route 9 is a straight-line road to Opelucid City. To the south of the road is a grassy field where some wild Pokemon appear, and to the north is Shopping Mall Nine, the largest department store in the Unova Region.

    Route 23 is a long road stretching from east to west. One the east side, the path meanders alongside a river, running between the water and the cliff face. At the western end, small paths wend throughout the labyrinthine stand of trees. Continue north and you'll arrive at Victory Road.

  40. Victory Road

    A steep mountain incline that leads to Unova's Pokemon League, Victory Road is a winding trail with both indoor and outdoor sections. The wild Pokemon in Victory Road are tough, as are the other trainers fighting their way to the top.

    The Unova Region Pokemon League is set up in a massive citadel of a bygone age. Each member of the Elite Four resides in a different tower, and challengers may face them in whatever order they choose - but may not leave until all four are defeated, or they are defeated themselves.
